MONTREAL, January 28th – Tink, a consulting firm in the digital profitability industry announces Richard Fontaine’s nomination as Vice President of corporate development. With a direct intervention in the organizations internal structure, Richard will contribute to the development of consulting services, the prospection of new markets and the development of project offers. Based at the Montreal head offices, he brings a precious contribution to Tink’s exposure and to the establishment of new partnerships.

Richard Fontaine is a skilled executive who possesses more than 25 years of experience with information technologies, services, software solutions development and the elaboration of business solutions. Before joining Tink, from 2000 to 2009 he was executive Vice President at GFI Solutions as well as Director of Consulting Services. During his stay at GFI, he achieved a sustained growth, seeing the employee roster grow from 50 to over 900 employees. Beforehand, in the early 90s he participated in the creation of VALSAR, a consulting firm dedicated to the various IT needs of large enterprises. He also acted as Vice President and associate of Atkinson Tremblay & Associates for more than 4 years.

Richard Fontaine has always maintained privileged ties with the Université de Sherbrooke where he participated in the elaboration of the Graduate IT Diploma (ITD) for management of this industry in 2000. He used his vast experience to help over 400 managers from medium to large enterprises. He is a graduate of mathematics and information technologies.
