We're seeking a Web and Digital Content Producer.
Your main role will be to design, write, and adapt creative and engaging digital content, while also contributing to the production and implementation of various content tactics and editorial management initiatives for some of our clients.
Working closely with strategy and creative teams, you'll play a key role in developing innovative concepts and optimizing messaging for various digital platforms and formats. Your goal will be to produce relevant and engaging content that resonates with target audiences, while ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities
You will have the opportunity to:
- Design and write digital content tailored to various platforms (websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, etc.), while maintaining brand tone and voice.
- Advise clients and collaborate with them to suggest improvements to their content.
- Actively contribute to the creation of creative concepts for digital projects.
- Participate in content strategy by helping define and refine key messaging.
- Ensure SEO optimization of content and contribute to editorial calendar planning.
- Analyze content performance and suggest data-driven optimizations.
- Conduct research and analysis to ensure content aligns with trends and best practices.
- Take part in brainstorming sessions and generate new content ideas.
- Help improve user experience by writing UX microcopy for digital features.
- Adapt content based on feedback from clients and internal teams.
Required Qualifications and Characteristics
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in digital content creation and copywriting.
- Strong skills in writing clear, engaging, and web-optimized content.
- Proven ability to generate creative concepts aligned with client goals.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices (experience with tools like SEMrush, Semji, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership and initiative.
- Great attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- A bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a related field (communications, marketing, etc.).
- Excellent command of French (written and spoken) and functional English (an asset).
