Marketing Coordinator Brand Strategy & Creative Integration
Contractual Position / Montréal
What we are looking for
Reporting to the Manager, Brand Strategy, Creative Integration and Content, the incumbent will support the marketing team and be responsible for coordinating the production of marketing communication tools, developing and executing marketing campaigns and related internal communications, and contributing to brand visibility.
Employment type: 3-month contract with possibility of renewal, full-time, hybrid role
Location: Montréal-Nord-based organization (1 day per week on-site, 4 days remote)
Hours: 37.5 hours/week
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage select projects or advertising campaigns from brief writing to post-mortem.
- Support the marketing team by handling ad-hoc requests related to advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate the production of 360° communication assets resulting from campaigns across traditional, digital, and internal company channels to maximize message impact.
- Write internal communication materials and create presentations related to marketing activities.
- Ensure distribution and updates of advertising materials and communication tools across company channels.
- Ensure strong communication and information sharing between internal teams related to production follow-up under their responsibility.
- Schedule campaign post-mortem meetings and write meeting minutes.
- Coordinate the use of campaign management tools across all teams (timelines, project plans, deployment plans, etc.).
- Perform any other related tasks as requested by the manager.
Required Qualifications and Characteristics
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience coordinating marketing communications projects (agency experience is an asset).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of digital platforms (an asset).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- Strong organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail.

- Initiative, creativity, and enthusiasm.
- Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and be an excellent team player.
