Marketing Coordinator, Digital Experience

What we're looking for
The Marketing Coordinator, Digital Experience, plays a key support role in executing our client's digital marketing activities across all banners. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this position supports the Digital Marketing Specialist by helping ensure that campaigns, content, and programs are delivered efficiently and accurately across digital platforms.
Working in a dynamic environment, you will help bring digital marketing vision to life by coordinating initiatives, supporting campaign execution, and contributing to optimization efforts to enhance customer experiences across web and mobile channels.
Employment Type: Contract 12 months renewable, full-time, hybrid position with mandatory on-site presence
Location: Organization based in Montreal North (1 day per week on-site, 4 days remote)
Hours: 37.5 hours/week
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Support the planning, proofing, and execution of digital marketing programs across all banners web properties and mobile applications.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the weekly content calendar, coordinating timelines and dependencies with internal teams and external partners.
- Coordinate content deployment across all banners' web and app platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, UX standards, and responsiveness.
- Help manage routing schedules and updates for advertising and editorial content across platforms.
- Assist the Specialist and Manager with strategic planning, documentation, and optimization initiatives for web properties and digital campaigns.
- Track and compile digital metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative Studio, Content Services, Brand, Loyalty, Merchandising, Operations, and external agencies to support marketing priorities.
- Support process improvements, maintain documentation, and ensure adherence to marketing operations best practices.
Required Qualifications and Characteristics
- 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign coordination, or content management.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including web, email, social media, and content marketing.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Understanding of SEO and digital marketing optimization techniques.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with content management systems (preferably Adobe Experience Manager) is an asset.
- Strong communicator, able to coordinate with multiple teams and external partners.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Analytical and solutions-focused, with attention to detail.
- Collaborative team player who supports continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Comfortable learning and adapting to digital marketing tools and technologies.
- Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills in both French and English.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, E-commerce, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
