What we're looking for

We are seeking a Data Marketing & Dashboards analyst.
This role supports data-driven marketing initiatives by contributing to the configuration, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of data platforms and dashboards.
The resource works closely with data, marketing, and technical teams to ensure accurate reporting, effective segmentation, and alignment between CRM tools and business objectives.

Employment Type: Contract 3 months renewable, full-time, hybrid position with mandatory on-site presence

Location: Montreal North based organization (1 day per week on-site, 4 days remote)

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update MCI dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, relevance, and usability.
  • Provide marketing data analysis and performance review.
  • Support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning through reliable performance reporting.
  • Contribute to the configuration and enhancement of the Customer Data Platform (CDP).
  • Improve data flows and segmentation capabilities to support targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM tools (Salesforce) with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing, help resolve technical challenges, and ensure solutions meet user needs.
  • Support digital customer journeys across Ǫuebec and Ontario.

Required Qualifications and Characteristics

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (data, analytics, marketing, information systems, or equivalent experience).
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a data, analytics, marketing operations, or project coordination role.
  • Experience maintaining and updating dashboards and performance reporting tools.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce; an asset.
  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) or data integration environments; an asset.
  • Familiarity with data flows, segmentation, and marketing performance metrics.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments (data, marketing, technical teams).
  • Bilingualism (French & English), both written and spoken.
