We're looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst.
In this role, you'll help ensure that our company delivers high-quality solutions across a variety of projects (content websites, e-commerce sites, web-based platforms, mobile applications).
As a QA Analyst at Tink, your main responsibility will be to test and challenge the solutions developed in-house. You'll be expected to define testing strategies, write test cases, and execute testsâeither manually or using automated tools.
You'll be involved both early and late in the development cycle, because quality is built into every step of a project. Ultimately, you'll work closely with Product Owners (POs) and Project Leads to certify and approve solution deliveries to Tink's clients. You'll be the company's flag-bearer for quality.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities
You will have the opportunity to:
- Understand functional analyses needed for planning and setting up test.
- Define test strategies for different projects.
- Write test cases and plan test cycles and their execution.
- Validate that product rendering matches the functional (UX) and visual (UI) mockups provided by our Design team.
- Validate the content integrated into website pages.
- Perform functional testing.
- Conduct accessibility testing (WCAG and related standards).
- Document and follow up on identified issues and verify their resolution.
- Recommend for or against deployment of solutions and/or deliverables.
- Advocate for and promote a culture of quality within project teams.
- Work on several projects in parallel.
- Meet tight deadlines.
Required Qualifications and Characteristics
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance.
- A solid understanding of the web environment (websites and applications) and mobile applications.
- Experience in writing and executing test cases.
- A background in development / technical skills (Java or PHP).
- Knowledge of the most widely used CMSs on the market (WordPress, Drupal, Craft CMS, Magento, Shopify, etc.).
- Experience in visual and functional testing.
- Experience using QA tools specialized in accessibility (WCAG and related).
- Experience in setting up and/or using automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, SmartBear TestComplete).
- A professional attitude and strong team spirit.
- A college diploma (DEC) in Computer Science, at minimum.
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written, is required for this position; functional English is considered an asset.
