Chief Operating Officer of Tink since 2024, and a member of the team for over 20 years, Antoine Desjardins moves into a new stage by officially becoming President and CEO of the company. He succeeds Jocelyn Couture, co-founder of Tink, who had served as President since 1995.
Already closely involved in running Tink's operations, Antoine now takes on full responsibility for the firm's operations, teams, and leadership. This transition is part of a succession plan that has been in preparation for several years to ensure the organization's continuity and development.
After 31 years at the helm of Tink, Jocelyn now takes on the role of Founding Partner, devoting more of his time to certain strategic matters related to corporate development, acquisitions, partnerships, and governance. He leaves behind a corporate culture centered on people, respect for differences, closeness to clients, and a long-term vision — principles that will continue to guide our work in the years ahead.
"This is obviously a significant milestone for me, and one I approach with a great deal of confidence and peace of mind. From the very beginning, I've always believed that a strong company needs to know how to surround itself with the right people, place its trust in them, and give itself the means to endure. That's exactly the spirit in which we've been preparing this succession for several years, and I'm confident that Antoine is the right person to lead Tink into the next chapter of its story. He knows the company, its teams, and its clients deeply, and understands what sets it apart. I am extremely proud of what we've built and very happy to pass him the torch!"
— Jocelyn Couture, Founding Partner of Tink
A unifying leader to write the next chapter
Since joining Tink in 2005, Antoine Desjardins has held several roles and been involved in a number of key milestones in the firm's evolution, helping to structure its operations and bring its various areas of expertise together around a shared ambition: making digital a driver of structured, sustainable growth for organizations.
Recognized for his ability to bring people together and his deep knowledge of the company's operations, he now has all the levers to lead the next phase of its development, alongside his leadership team and the organization as a whole.
"Taking over from Jocelyn after more than 30 years at the helm of Tink is a tremendous vote of confidence. Together, we've built extremely solid foundations, talented teams, and an ability to evolve that has always been part of our DNA. My ambition is to build on these strengths while preparing Tink for the transformations reshaping our industry and our clients' needs. We have a tremendous opportunity to keep evolving and to generate even more value for the organizations we support."
— Antoine Desjardins, President and CEO of Tink
A milestone year for Tink
Antoine's appointment as President comes on the heels of a pivotal year for Tink, marked by a strategic merger with Click & Mortar, an expanded service offering, a refreshed brand identity and leadership team, and a move to new offices in downtown Montreal.
At a time when digital technology and artificial intelligence are rapidly transforming the way we work, Tink intends to keep evolving to remain a trusted partner for ambitious businesses in Quebec. Under Antoine's leadership and that of his team, the goal remains the same: to deliver ever more value to the organizations that place their trust in Tink.
