Tink continues its evolution with a new brand identity and an enriched digital offering

May 20, 2026

Tink today unveils a new brand identity and an enriched service offering, marking a shift in its positioning and its role alongside organizations.

Following the merger with Click & Mortar, the addition of new areas of expertise, and the accelerating pace of digital disruption — notably around artificial intelligence — this turning point reflects our commitment to moving toward a more multidisciplinary approach, better suited to the real needs of organizations navigating an increasingly complex, fast-moving, and fragmented digital environment.

A modernized identity that reflects our vision

This transformation is embodied in a new brand identity designed to better reflect what Tink has become today. It is built around three distinct pillars:

  1. A new logo, where the "+" integrated into the "T" symbolizes collaboration, growth, and the addition of value for organizations. It also represents our ability to bring together multiple areas of expertise to collectively achieve what no one could accomplish alone.
  2. A new tagline — "Fueling your digital ambitions" — which embodies a clear positioning: propelling the ambitions of organizations and turning them into concrete value.
  3. A new editorial line, focused on enlightened digital leadership, designed to guide decision-makers in their strategic choices, particularly in the age of artificial intelligence.

"With our new positioning, we are asserting a strong conviction: digital should be a driver of clarity, growth, and performance, not an additional source of complexity. Our ambition is to help organizations make the right choices, with clear-headedness and impact."

A renewed digital offering and leadership team

Digital no longer operates in silos: strategy, customer experience, technology, data, artificial intelligence, and performance are now closely intertwined. Yet many organizations still struggle with a growing number of partners and decisions that are difficult to align. We are evolving our services in response to this reality.

By bringing together nearly 200 experts and over 30 specialties under one roof, we are strengthening our ability to support organizations in a more integrated, consistent, and strategic way across their entire digital ecosystem.

Our new multidisciplinary service offering is organized around six complementary practice areas:

  1. Digital consulting and CX strategy
  2. Performance marketing and digital production
  3. Data activation and hyperpersonalization
  4. Technology development and modernization
  5. AI acceleration, automation, and agentics
  6. Design and experience creation

With its new identity, Tink reaffirms its commitment to aligning all digital capabilities within a unified business vision, while supporting organizations in identifying, prioritizing, and effectively integrating artificial intelligence into all their operations.

This evolution is also reflected in the composition of a new leadership team, embodying the full range of our expertise. Bringing together leaders from both organizations, this executive committee is driven by a shared mission: making digital a lasting driver of performance for local businesses.

Informed digital leadership, in action

Through all these changes, we are stepping into a clearer posture: organizations are looking for less noise and less complexity. They need partners who can make digital more understandable, more structured, and more useful in achieving their business goals.

This vision takes shape through tangible initiatives, directly connected to our integrated offering.

  • The launch of our Décodé newsletter: Conceived as a space for reflection and accessible insights, this new quarterly newsletter aims to demystify the digital landscape through expert analysis, industry news, and high-value trend content.
  • The rollout of an AI acceleration and integration program: In a landscape marked by the rapid emergence of artificial intelligence, we have developed a dedicated offering to support organizations at every stage of their transformation.
  • The creation of an AI and digital leadership certification: In partnership with the Leadership Institute, we have developed the very first artificial intelligence and digital leadership program in Quebec. This new certification is designed to help executives and managers move from intention to action by integrating AI in a structured and responsible way, where it truly creates value.

"AI is everywhere and developing at lightning speed. It’s an extraordinary tool that, paired with human expertise, allows us to substantially increase business profitability. However, knowing how to navigate the universe of possibilities is essential. Companies committed to adapting can count on us to see clearly and make the most sensible choices to gain a true competitive advantage."
