Tink and the Leadership Institute launch the first-ever AI and digital leadership certification in Quebec
Tink is proud to partner with the Leadership Institute to offer Quebec's first-ever certification in artificial intelligence and digital leadership, designed for executives and managers.
The result of several months of joint work with the Institute, this certification is designed to concretely address market needs and the realities of Quebec businesses. The curriculum covers several key issues related to performance, governance, and change management in the context of major digital transformations.
Proven field expertise
Artificial intelligence has become essential, but its implementation involves several structuring decisions for local organizations. Rooted in real-world experience, the program is designed to help executives and managers move from intention to action by identifying where AI can create value and how to integrate it into their operations, while exercising informed leadership in this context of transformation.
Combining our operational and strategic expertise with the Leadership Institute's pedagogical approach, this new program (given in French only) draws on the knowledge of four of our leaders, who will be part of the training team:

- Gabriel Tassé, Vice President of Strategy, Innovation, and Outreach
- Émilie Valcourt, Vice-President of Experience Design
- Antoine Desjardins, Chief Operating Officer.
