Tink: New offices designed for collaboration

After several months of preparation, we've finally settled into new offices right in the heart of downtown Montreal. True to our nature, we approached this new space the same way we approach every project for our clients: by putting the user experience (UX-EX) at the heart of our thinking. Except this time, we were the users! 

An environment for our teams and our clients

Far more than a simple change of address, this move marks the beginning of a new chapter in our story since our merger with Click & Mortar , bringing together nearly 200 digital talents and six complementary services under one roof. But at a time when hybrid work is transforming our relationship to the office, we wanted to go further than simply gathering all our teams in one place. Our goal was to create more opportunities to connect, share ideas, and spend valuable time together.

We wanted to design spaces that adapt to how we work and that make people want to come together: the cafeteria, deliberately placed in one of the brightest areas, can become a place to work and collaborate. The banquettes can host an impromptu discussion. The lounge can be used to unwind for a few minutes, work differently, or gather around the TV... Everything was designed so that we feel good, no matter where we are in the office."

Our new offices were designed with this in mind. Because a team that collaborates better is a team that serves its clients better: the more expertise and perspectives interact, the more the companies that trust us can benefit from the best solutions every day. This is an investment that shapes both our teams and the way we support our clients.

A first shared 5@7 in our new home

Because a milestone like this deserves to be celebrated, we came together on September 3 to inaugurate the space and raise a glass to everything we're leaving behind, but above all, to what awaits us now that we're finally all together!
