With the job market experiencing a labour shortage in several key industries, including the digital marketing sector, Tink has set itself apart by adding no less than 24 new experts to its team since the summer. Among them, are Benjamin Siaud and Maxime Hurel, two new consulting directors who will be joining Antoine Desjardins’s team to help us better serve our clients’ projects and business objectives.

« The pandemic has heightened the need for organizations to modernize and transform their operations. Our clients are having to reinvent themselves, go digital, and do more with the same resources. With their ingenuity, experience, and business acumen, I am confident that Benjamin and Maxime will be key players in supporting our current and future clients. »

Antoine Desjardins, Partner and Vice-President of Consulting Services at Tink

Benjamin Siaud, a dual profile in business and digital marketing

Benjamin Siaud, who was most recently in charge of business development for the marketing campaign department at Dulcedo Digital, boasts dual expertise in business and marketing. For more than 10 years, his specialization in digital marketing (SEO/SEM, content strategy, and influencer marketing strategy) has allowed him to further develop his business strategies, whether in the service of advertisers (Rolls-Royce), digital agencies, or clients in the IT industry.

At Tink, Benjamin will be responsible for several key accounts: the Ordre des Infirmières et Infirmiers du Québec, Héma Québec, the Fédération Autonome de l’Enseignement, the Observatoire des tout-petits, Tour+Med, and the Chambre de la Sécurité Financière. He will also put his business development skills to work for new clients.

«I’m happy to be joining Tink because I immediately felt that the agency’s vision and expertise revolve around putting clients first. Thanks to Tink’s comprehensive service offering and team of experts, it quickly becomes obvious that this is an organization with a deeply rooted culture. It seeks to add value to each and every project it’s involved in and always has its clients’ and partners’ best interests at heart. »

Maxime Hurel, digital strategist and expert

Before joining Tink, Maxime Hurel was account manager and mobile expert at Valtech. He comes to us with more than 10 years of experience in digital strategy at Apple, Nurun, and Mc Cann. Over the course of his career, he has had a chance to put his high standards, his focus on performance and results, and his creativity to the service of clients such as Hydro-Québec, Cirque du Soleil, Vidéotron, Yamaha, Ivanhoe Cambridge, Under Armour Canada, L’Oréal, the World Anti-Doping Agency, and Adobe.

At Tink, Maxime will be Metro’s primary contact.

« I’m passionate about technologies that are transforming and shaping the world of tomorrow, but I’ve always believed that educating individuals about how to use them is just as important as embracing the changes themselves. At Tink, I found a similar mindset, where technological expertise carries as much weight as consulting and client relationships, which makes it possible to further their business objectives. »

Complementary expertises

In addition to complementing the expertise of our experienced and close-knit team, their skills will strengthen Tink’s comprehensive service offering, which ranges from consulting and digital operations to experience design and e-commerce.
