Jocelyn is one of Tink’s co-founders and has more than 30 years of experience in managing new information and communications technology. Under his direction, Tink has become a mainstay in Quebec and one of the largest independent digital project companies in the province.

Jocelyn is a committed leader who regularly works with business executives to help them achieve their objectives by seizing the opportunities offered by digital technologies.

A great listener, Antoine has a knack for quickly targeting key business issues and finding scalable solutions in the digital world. His knowledge of the industry, combined with his desire to build solid relationships of trust, makes him and his team of seasoned experts an indispensable part of our projects’ success.

With over 20 years of experience in business development and information technology, Antoine is a natural facilitator and communicator who has always strived to balance the two sides of the brain—that is, the creative and rational hemispheres—in a way that benefits the organizations with which he forges win-win partnerships.

Michel is Tink’s vice-president of finance. He has over 25 years of experience in accounting, finance, cost control, and budgeting. He has held similar positions at companies in a variety of fields, including in publishing and information technology.

Efficient, diligent, and skilled at synthesizing information, Michel works to improve operational and accounting processes to speed up information sharing in decision making.

Known for his unwavering work ethic and innate sense of logistics, Stéphane, who oversees Tink’s solutions development centre, has over 30 years of IT experience.

Expert in project management (agile practice), analysis, and technology architecture, Stéphane and his team analyze, propose, and deliver optimal solutions to clients while closely monitoring the development of each project, on the web as well as on mobile.

Martin’s expertise in customer experience comes from more than 20 years in B2B and B2C sales, marketing, and communications, acquired while working in the financial, retail, agri-food, and non-profit sectors.

Among other things, he and his seasoned team have been responsible for implementing our CX methodologies and approaches, which are based on the major CXPA and Forrester principles. He also manages all activities associated with cybermetrics and performance measurement, including Google Ads and Google Analytics, of which we are certified partners.

Emilie has over 16 years of experience in UX design and user research. During more than 10 years at Desjardins, she managed a multidisciplinary team responsible for the creation of virtual solutions.

As Tink’s director of digital experience creation and user research, Emilie is in charge of teams of experts in UX/UI design, CX (customer experience), art direction, web and mobile design, editorial management, and digital content production. She has set up a user research laboratory where usability tests are carried out either in person (with eye tracking) or virtually.

Maude joined Tink more than 20 years ago. She has held several related positions over the years, such as programmer, analyst, account manager, and team leader. Today, she is our director of digital production.

Equally at ease addressing client needs or getting to the root of technical and operational issues, Maude helped establish Tink’s digital production department. For several years now, the department has provided the agency’s clients with unique and personalized services. Each day, its team of over 20 specialists offers assistance with web and mobile development, content integration, and digital and email campaigns.

For the past 7 years, Stephan has been in charge of Tink’s project office, which is dedicated to continually optimizing methodologies (including agile practice) and processes, both for the agency and for its project teams, so that our clients’ ambitions can be taken ever further.

With ample experience in information technology (e-commerce, development, web, mobile, marketing infrastructure, etc.), Stephan has honed his expertise in many industries, including retail, government organizations, video games, and aerospace.

Christian has been with Tink since the agency’s early days. He manages web application development and the implementation of scalable platforms. A dynamic leader and hands-on manager, Christian has developed his expertise by managing all stages of the e-business solution development cycle.

Christian understands how to bring stakeholders together and supervises the various development practices to optimize the execution of digital projects.

Jessie has been part of Tink’s human resources team for more than 15 years. Whether she’s responding to the HR needs of our employees or supporting management, she’s a terrific listener and always makes time for those who need her help.

Jessie constantly strives to achieve the highest standards of good HR practices. She also oversees the final selection process during recruitment, which means she gets to meet all our future experts!

An expert in recruitment, Vincent has more than 15 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, mainly in information technology, including several years at a web agency and in the FinTech industry. After more than 6 years at Tink, a year-long trip around the world and a 2-year passage in the world of payment solutions, Vincent is back at Tink.

Vincent currently manages the recruitment department and ensures that the highest standards in recruitment are met and that the best resources are hired to meet the needs of Tink and its teams

Dominique’s background is in business computing, with a specialization in the development of information systems. Throughout his career, Dominique has worked as a developer, a functional and business analyst, and a digital production manager.

At Tink, Dominique leads our business analysts and product owners (POs). He specializes in assessing business needs and consolidating requirements, developing software solutions, defining the scope of projects, and evaluating project performance.

Yan has more than 20 years of IT experience, having worked as a network administrator, system administrator team lead, and outsourcing department head. Now in his seventh year with Tink, he currently manages the IT department and supervises the office support, DevOps, and infrastructure team.

Yan created the architecture for and set up Tink’s private cloud, which is used for our development projects as well as to host our clients’ production projects. For more than 3 years now, Yan and his team have been working to implement DevOps philosophies so as to constantly improve our methodologies and stay on the cutting edge of technology.

At Tink since 2011, François Boissonneault has always invested a great deal of time and effort in the agency, actively participating in its development and vision. Beyond his academic background in software design and his experience as a project manager on large-scale digital mandates, it is his interest in business strategies and his curiosity for technologies that have helped him build an excellent understanding of his clients and current digital issues. Slowly but surely, François has become a key player within the agency and leads Tink's consulting services team.

Catherine joined Tink in 2015, initially as a project manager, then as a project director. She has 24 years of experience in web project management. A positive and involved leader, Catherine is a transparent and honest manager for whom the success of projects, both for clients and teams, is a priority. Working with heart, she makes it a point to closely collaborate with clients to involve them in the entire decision-making process. She also ensures that the entire team can progress under the best possible conditions. Her main goal: to build a project management culture based on trust, collaboration, accountability, and collective success.

Benjamin Adam is a program director in information technology, with over 15 years of experience in the field. Highly focused on customer satisfaction, he has developed proven expertise in team, client, and project management. Certified as a Professional Scrum Master (PSM), he is committed to operational excellence and delivering innovative solutions in agile mode. Having worked in various fields such as design and advertising, Benjamin can quickly adapt to situations or challenges he encounters. His skills in planning, organization, and project monitoring also allow him to maximize the value of each deliverable and anticipate customer needs.

In his role as program director, Benjamin is responsible for guiding diverse teams to achieve objectives within allocated timeframes and budgets, while mobilizing partners and developing strategies to foster their engagement.

Recognized for her dedication to operational excellence and her commitment to customer service, Sylvie quickly carved out a prominent place at Tink thanks to her deep involvement. With over 20 years of experience in production coordination, she has built a strong reputation for her efficiency and her ability to maintain high standards of quality. Her recent expertise in SEM and social media team management demonstrates her ability to anticipate her team's needs and implement effective strategies to achieve set objectives.
