Tink co-founder Marcel has over 25 years of experience in new information technology.
He heads the agency’s technological activities, ensuring Tink achieves its objectives of excellence in each of its major business sectors. With an extensive IT background, he guides strategies for the development centre, quality control, infrastructure, modernization, evolution and support.
Digital Strategy and Planning
Michel has over 25 years of experience in the fields of new technology, marketing and customer relations management.
In addition to heading Tink’s team of strategists and senior consultants, Michel is involved in vision, planning and digital business positioning mandates for large private and public organizations. He has led the successful deployment of several major digital platforms, drawing on his detailed understanding of the issues and a pragmatic business sense.
Known for his unwavering rigour and innate sense of logistics, Stéphane has more than 25 years of experience in information technology.
In addition to heading the Development Centre at Tink, he also has solid expertise in project management, analysis and technological architecture. Stéphane helps his team analyze optimal client solutions and ensures rigorous monitoring of projects and their evolution.
Antoine Desjardins has 20 years’ experience in various business areas, ten of which in digital marketing at the product and service merchandising as well as business process and technology optimization levels.
Antoine leverages his skills to help businesses modernise their traditional business processes to embrace the digital world. He’s a great listener who targets business issues and defines, together with his team, scalable solutions specifically geared to the needs of its business clientele.
Finance, CPA, CGA
Michel brings over 25 years of experience in accounting, finance, cost control and budgeting to his Vice President role. He has held similar positions in various sectors, particularly in publishing and information technology.
Efficient, diligent and analytical, Michel works to improve operational and accounting processes to accelerate information sharing come decision-making time.
Human Resources Manager
Jessie has been a part of Tink’s Human Resources team for more than 10 years. An excellent listener, she has contributed positively to many initiatives, including the setting up of performance evaluation systems.
Jessie always aims to achieve the highest standards in terms of team and personnel management. She is also responsible for the final resource selection process, giving her the pleasure of meeting our future experts!
Director of Digital Strategy and Customer Experience
Martin Proteau has over 15 years’ experience in financial, agri-food and digital sales, marketing and communication. Since the beginning of his career, he’s been involved with multiple product and brand management projects as well as marketing, promotion and distribution projects.
Martin is the Director of the Digital Strategy and Customer Experience department that employs many digital experts.
UX/UI and Business Performance Director
Émilie Valcourt has more than 15 years’ web and mobile experience, including over ten years spent at Desjardins, where she managed a multidisciplinary virtual solution design team.
As UX/UI and Business Performance Director, Émilie is responsible for the creative and digital performance teams, which encompasses UX/UI design, art direction, graphic design, web analytics and search engine optimization (SEO).
Christian Vachon has been part of the Tink team since the agency’s beginnings and manages the development of web applications and evolutive platforms. As a dynamic leader and a hands-on manager, he has developed his expertise by managing all stages of the e-business solution development cycle.
Christian is committed to leveraging stakeholders and knows how to oversee various development practices to optimize the execution of digital projects.
Director, Architecture, Specifications and Estimation Office
Through his work as a developer, analyst and manager specialized in e-commerce information systems and websites, Dominique has developed solid expertise in IT project execution.
Appointed Director of the Architecture, Specifications and Estimation Office (ASEO), Dominique oversees analysis and architecture solution practices and supports Tink’s experts to ensure the delivery of high-quality digital projects.
With more than 15 years of experience in various fields related to information technology (Web, marketing, E-commerce, infrastructure, etc.), Stéphane previously worked for a variety of companies. Thanks to his knowledge, he can easily identify the best path for clients and their projects.
Stephan has worked at Tink for 5 years and now takes on the role of Project Director at the office. He helps the agency and its clients reach new heights.
Director of Digital Production, Support and Evolution
Maude joined Tink’s team more than 18 years ago. Since her beginnings with the company, she has worn many hats, including programmer, analyst, tester, coordinator and account manager. She currently holds the position of Director of Digital Production, Support and Evolution.
Her ease in assessing the client’s needs and in preventing possible technical and operational issues, lead her to participate in the development of the "Digital Production, Support and Evolution" department. Offering unique and personalized services, this department of experts supports customers in their web evolution, assists them in the integration of content and guides them in the implementation of their digital and email campaigns.
Director of Quality Assurance
Léa has more than 26 years of experience. She joined the agency over 12 years ago. With her solid experience in quality assurance, she has been leading the department’s mandates with dedication for more than 7 years. She oversees the various procedures related to quality assurance. She assists and encourages her team to ensure that each project her team delivers is a source of pride for Tink and the client.
Léa has played a key role in the success of major projects for clients such as Metro, Brunet, VIA Rail, les rôtisseries St-Hubert, Ricardo Cuisine, Fonds de solidarité FTQ, and more.
Yan has more than 18 years of experience in the field of IT. For 7 years, he worked as a network and system administrator for an international Web development company, and for 6 years as the head of a system administrator team and the outsourcing department.
He has worked at Tink for 5 years and is currently Director of IT. He also manages and supervises the Office Support, DevOps and Infrastructure team. Not only that, but Yan is the infrastructure and network architect. He also participates in all of the projects that are hosted on the agency’s servers.
