Efficient, diligent, and skilled at synthesizing information, Michel works to improve operational and accounting processes to speed up information sharing in decision making.

Known for his unwavering work ethic and innate sense of logistics, Stéphane, who oversees Tink’s solutions development centre, has over 30 years of IT experience.
Expert in project management (agile practice), analysis, and technology architecture, Stéphane and his team analyze, propose, and deliver optimal solutions to clients while closely monitoring the development of each project, on the web as well as on mobile.

Martin Proteau

For over 25 years, Martin has been interested in how innovation and digital technology are transforming business models, organizations, and customer relationships. He is particularly passionate about immersing himself in everything related to gaining a deep understanding of the customer experience. Throughout his career, both at Desjardins and in agencies and consulting firms, he has developed cutting-edge expertise in digital strategy, business growth, and consumer experience (CX), with a constant focus on performance and concrete results.
Martin joined Tink in 2014 and now holds executive positions in sales and marketing. His mission is to help organizations structure their value proposition, optimize their customer experience, and maximize value creation by leveraging the right technologies.
Known for his direct, structured, and execution-oriented approach, Martin favors strategic clarity, critical and eclectic thinking, and challenging the status quo. A trainer at the Leadership Institute since 2026, he seeks to equip leaders with concrete frameworks for reflection and to provoke frank discussions on the real issues facing organizations.

Emilie Valcourt

Drawing on nearly 20 years of experience in UX design and user research, Emilie began her career as a consultant in her field of expertise. During more than 10 years at Desjardins, she notably led a multidisciplinary team responsible for creating virtual solutions.
At Tink since 2018, she initially held the role of Director of Digital Experience Creation and User Research until 2024. Emilie oversaw teams bringing together experts in UX/UI design, art direction, web and mobile design, editorial management, and digital content production. In her former role, she notably established a user research laboratory where usability tests were conducted in person, with eye-tracking, or virtually.
Now Vice President of Experience, Emilie is responsible for all the professions involved in delivering creative, intuitive, and relevant experiences to create a positive emotional connection with users. Her mission: to shape a digital future where humans and the communities around us are at the heart of every innovation.

Maude Laurin

As a member of Tink for over 20 years, Maude has played several related roles within the organization, from programmer to analyst, account manager, and team leader. Continuing her impressive journey, she now holds the position of Vice President of the entire production and delivery team.
Thanks to her keen understanding of client needs and technical/operational challenges, Maude has successfully transformed Tink's entire digital production department, now offering a unique and personalized service tailored to each clientele. And she fully intends to continue supporting all her clients in achieving their digital objectives!

Gabriel Tassé
Vice President of Strategy, Innovation, and Outreach
Passionate about the potential of digital technology for nearly two decades, Gabriel first founded Fr Graph-X, a community dedicated to sharing knowledge in digital design, then Chromatik, a studio specializing in marketing and graphic design. These experiences led him to co-found the Click & Mortar agency in 2016, which quickly distinguished itself through its expertise in performance marketing, data science, and artificial intelligence.
Since the merger between Tink and Click & Mortar in 2025, Gabriel has served as Vice President of Strategy, Innovation, and Outreach, where he designs integrated approaches that align business strategy, data, technology, and governance to create sustainable and measurable value.
Gabriel holds a master's degree in marketing (M.Sc.) and also teaches digital marketing at HEC Montréal, the École des dirigeants, and the Institut de Leadership. A renowned speaker, he regularly addresses topics at the heart of current transformations, from marketing in the age of generative AI to the ethical and environmental challenges of digital technology.

Olivier J. Bergeron

Immersed in the digital world since the age of 20, Olivier co-founded Click & Mortar in 2016 while still a student! The firm quickly carved out a place for itself in the digital landscape by supporting Quebec's leading companies in their digital marketing efforts.
Throughout his career, Olivier has helped many organizations overcome complex challenges, whether it be implementing new business models adapted to the digital reality or developing customer acquisition strategies in a fragmented attention economy. He has also been involved in academia since 2018 as a teacher at HEC Montréal.
Since the merger between Tink and Click & Mortar in 2025, he has served as Vice President of Performance Marketing and Data Science. Despite his new title, his mission remains the same: to help local businesses get the most out of digital technology.

For over 25 years, Stephan has leveraged his solid experience in information technology, particularly in e-commerce, development, web, mobile, marketing, and infrastructure. Over time, he has refined his expertise in various industries such as retail, government organizations, video games, and aerospace.
With Tink since 2013, initially as a project manager, Stephan quickly progressed to become the director of the Metro program, then the director of the project office. Now, as director of operational excellence, he implements his skills to optimize operational processes and improve Tink's performance. His goal: to maximize efficiency, quality, and profitability of operations while promoting a culture of continuous excellence within the organization.
In his role, Stephan works to optimize existing processes, as well as implement larger organizational changes such as adopting new technologies, digital transformation, or implementing new working methodologies.

Christian has been with Tink since the agency’s early days. He manages web application development and the implementation of scalable platforms. A dynamic leader and hands-on manager, Christian has developed his expertise by managing all stages of the e-business solution development cycle.
Christian understands how to bring stakeholders together and supervises the various development practices to optimize the execution of digital projects.

As a recruitment expert, Vincent relies on nearly 20 years of experience in the field of talent acquisition. His professional journey has led him to work for various recruitment agencies, as well as in the world of financial technology and digital, where he has gained a deep understanding of the market and industry trends.
After working at Tink from 2011 to 2017, Vincent made his big comeback to Tink in 2021, after a trip around the world and a 2-year stint in the world of payment solutions. Since then, he has been leading the talent acquisition department and ensuring the highest standards in recruitment. His goal: to hire the best resources to meet the needs of Tink and its teams while ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Passionate about the business world, Alex has been using digital technologies for over a decade to strengthen the bond between brands and their customers. Since 2013, he has led nearly a hundred digital campaigns with an integrated approach to performance marketing, customer journey, and sales process, enabling him to support companies such as BMR, Cogeco Media, Raymond Chabot, IGA, and Devimco Group in achieving their business objectives.
Alex is an expert in digital marketing and a leader in CRM, email marketing, and relationship strategy. Sought after for his strategic rigor and teaching skills, he is known for his supportive approach, his ability to synthesize information, and his talent for helping teams grow.
A partner at Click & Mortar since 2018, Alex has played a central role in the growth of the firm and its client base by focusing on mentoring, innovation, and collaboration. He has distinguished himself through his ability to develop strong relationships with companies, enabling them to maximize their business opportunities while ensuring value perception.

With a degree in management information systems and specializing in information systems development, Dominique has climbed the career ladder, successively holding the positions of web developer, functional analyst, business analyst, and director of development, analysis, experience, and quality. His expertise covers a wide range of skills, from gathering business requirements to consolidating requirements, defining software solutions, developing project scopes, drafting specifications, evaluating implementation efforts, and managing product backlogs. Rigour, structure, and quality are the professional values he cherishes, without ever excluding the human and collaborative aspects of the equation!
At Tink since 2014, Dominique currently puts his experience to work leading an experienced team of business analysts and product owners. Their mission: to provide digital consulting to Tink's clients, while ensuring the successful completion of the firm's projects through rigorous management of the workflow and timeline of operations.
IT Director
Yan has more than 20 years of IT experience, having worked as a network administrator, system administrator team lead, and outsourcing department head. With Tink since 2013, he currently manages the IT department and supervises the office support, DevOps, and infrastructure team.
Yan created the architecture for and set up Tink’s private cloud, which is used for our development projects as well as to host our clients’ production projects. For more than 10 years now, Yan and his team have been working to implement DevOps philosophies so as to constantly improve our methodologies and stay on the cutting edge of technology.

With over 25 years of experience in web project management, Catherine joined our team in 2015, initially as a project manager, then as a project director.
A positive and involved leader, Catherine is a transparent and honest manager for whom the success of projects, both for clients and teams, is a priority. Working with heart, she makes it a point to closely collaborate with clients to involve them in the entire decision-making process. She also ensures that the entire team can progress under the best possible conditions. Her main goal: to build a project management culture based on trust, collaboration, accountability, and collective success.

At Tink since 2011, François Boissonneault has always invested a great deal of time and effort in the firm, actively participating in its development and vision. Beyond his academic background in software design and his experience as a project manager on large-scale digital mandates, it is his interest in business strategies and his curiosity for technologies that have helped him build an excellent understanding of his clients and current digital issues.
Slowly but surely, François has become a key player within the firm and leads Tink's consulting services team.

At the intersection of technology, marketing, and business strategy, Mikaël has spent several years transforming digital data into concrete levers for growth. With a degree in computer engineering and a specialization in machine learning, he has worked in applied research, aerospace, and finance before joining the Click & Mortar team in 2021. Since then, he has been instrumental in turning data-driven marketing into a true engineering discipline, replacing opinions with predictions.
Following the merger of Click & Mortar and Tink in 2025, Mikaël joined Tink's team as Data Science and Artificial Intelligence Director. In this role, he leads the department, structures the teams, and actively contributes to the organization's strategy and growth by ensuring alignment between technological innovation, digital performance, and business objectives.
Known for his ability to make complex topics accessible and to rally his teams around a shared ambition, Mikaël puts his expertise to work in service of a more strategic, autonomous, and sustainable digital future.
