Metro becomes festive for the holiday season!
Two great projects were delivered at the beginning of December for our client Metro: the 2022 declination of the holiday campaign and the update of the page related to the 25 days of metro&moi gifts contest.
Project #1: Holiday page in Metro's colors
The concept was to create a landing page with the colors of the new "A taste for life" brand image. On this page, we associated the expressions with iconic holiday characters to continue the story of the TV campaign produced by Cossette. Since we wanted to create value for users, we took the concept a step further by offering themed recipes that support the phrases (and their meaning!) while reflecting the personalities of our characters.

Project #2: 25 days of metro&moi gifts contest page
The advent calendar is back this year!
The project was divided into two phases. First, from November 24th to December 1st, the page displayed a big countdown before the contest started. Our team created an animation with an automated countdown technology developed in Java Script, and then a reveal effect when you scroll down.
Then, for the second phase, Metro launched its advent calendar exclusively for metro&moi members, for the arrival of the holiday season.
The concept: every day, from December 1 to 25, members are invited to visit Metro's social networks, more specifically Facebook and Instagram, for a chance to win one of the prizes offered by Metro and its partners. The page lists the 25 days of giveaways in an interactive calendar format and includes interactive thumbnails and effects when you place your mouse on top of the images.
Throughout the month of December, the page will be updated with the day's gifts lit up in the tree, as well as the names of the winners. A contest via a form is also available, for a chance to win an additional 75,000 m points! Consultez le Check out the Metro Advent Calendar!!
