In this podcast series, Guy Cormier receives employees and experts from the business world to discuss the economy, entrepreneurship and the future of the Desjardins Group.

Our team was involved in all stages of directing and producing the 4 episodes (English and French) of the podcast. We were notably responsible for the visual identity, interview schedules, episode structure, recording of discussions, transcription, editing, final mix and posting online, as well as all the visuals and audiograms necessary to promote the podcast on social networks.

We supported Desjardins Entreprises in the first stages of setting up a team focused on customer experience (CX). Our help and expertise allowed Desjardins Businesses to obtain the best advice on the methodology to use to produce persona sheets and map the different possible customer journeys.

Setting up the e-commerce page for the Desjardins Insurance Alert program

Equipped with a RoostMD security and remote monitoring system, the AlerteMD program offers a complete prevention solution to Desjardins Insurance and La Personnelle customers, who can protect their homes with ease.

To set up the program's sales page for Desjardins Assurances and La Personnelle, our team of experts was involved in the functional analysis and design of the product pages and transactional pages, as well as in the artistic direction, the architecture of the pages and the adaptation of the content for the 2 sites (Desjardins Assurances and La Personnelle). Thanks to this design work, the Desjardins team is counting on a simplified architecture to promote the Alert program.

School Caisse

Online Deployment of the New Creative Platform of the School Caisse

Since 1907, the mission of the School Caisse has been to train the responsible consumers of tomorrow by educating young people about savings, in collaboration with parents and the school community.

After reviewing the entire creative platform and graphic charters of the School Caisse, the Desjardins Movement asked us to deploy and adapt this new identity on the website. Our team therefore reviewed the entire visual side of the site (colors, images, iconographies, etc.). It also took care of adapting and creating content, in addition to creating various illustrations for the new website.

100% Members Digital Platform

Development and Updating of the 100% Members Digital Platform

Established in 2018, the 100% member program encourages the purchase of products and services from Desjardins Group member companies by bringing them together on a platform accessible to all employees.

For version 3.0 of this platform, we have developed a database accessible via an application to facilitate the search for products and services from companies that are members. Thanks to this redesign, the Desjardins team is counting on a fast and efficient tool to identify the products or services sought, compare possible options, facilitate contact with suppliers and promote local products. The database can now be dynamically updated, and the program has good indicators to measure its impact on each member company.

Ambassador Awards recognition platform

Upgrade of the Ambassador Awards recognition platform

Each year, Desjardins Businesses highlights excellence among its employees by presenting Ambassador awards during a recognition gala.

After several years of nominations, evaluation and selection of candidates, Desjardins Businesses called on our expertise to simplify the entire process of selection and annual recognition of winners. To do this, we have designed and developed a simple, intuitive, customizable and secure digital platform that makes it possible to follow the entire application selection process in real time and instantly calculate the results. This new platform has significantly reduced the number of human errors, paper printing and data loss. It saved 175 hours and nearly 1,200 emails in the first year (a productivity gain of 80%!).

Relaunch of the Financial Wellness Center

The Financial Wellness Center aims to educate, equip and support savers in matters of finance and savings. The platform is a reliable source of information on personal finances and provides access to several tools and content to inform the population and help them achieve their financial goals.

In order to increase the number of visits and user engagement, Desjardins Financial Security called on our expertise to obtain recommendations and strategic directions to enrich, inventory, classify, personalize, optimize and integrate the content offered on the page. The categorization of pages has also been revised. Thanks to this mandate, the Desjardins Group insurance participants have access to value-added content that is easy to find and that better corresponds to their reality.

 

Operations and Digital Marketing

Audit of the Operational Chain of the Personalized Communications Department

The Desjardins Group trusted our team to evaluate, improve and optimize the operational chain surrounding the production of its personalized digital communications. We therefore carried out a complete audit of all production processes for newsletters and digital campaigns, mapped the optimal targeted process and made recommendations in this regard. Prioritization workshops were also conducted with the Desjardins team.

The advice we provided helped accelerate and streamline the completion of Desjardins' digital communications projects at all stages.

Creation of newsletters and marketing emails

Our team is regularly involved in content production, visual design and quality control (QA) of several Desjardins Group's newsletters and email marketing campaigns. Among them, we find newsletters intended for Desjardins Insurance customers (such as that of the vehicle storage/de-storage campaign) or marketing campaigns for credit cards (such as that for the World Elite credit card).

Our team is also responsible for the entire process of sending and integrating marketing emails from School Caisse.
