Another Boomerang award for Tink


On November 29th, Tink was awarded a grand Boomerang award in the acquisition strategy category for one of its project in collaboration with the Fonds de solidarité FTQ.

To counter the effects of a massive disbursement from baby boomer’s retirement, the Fonds de solidarité FTQ aimed to rejuvenate the profil of its investors. To do so, Tink worked alongside the Fonds FTQ and Nexio to develop a new content strategy and designed a new user-friendly digital platform. The main idea was to change the focus from the product and to now aim at the user by putting the investors in the heart of every strategic thoughts.

The redesign of the website optimized the user experience, conceded a new vision to the graphics and the content strategy, that are now both adapted to the customer’s life cycle. Conversion rates have been significantly increasing since. Exactly what we needed to justify a victory. In all, a great team effort!
